Masks - a series of twelve watercolors depicting symbolic beings in nature and ancient structures. The mask has been used throughout the centuries as part of sacred ceremonies. In present times the mask illustrates a psychological role or structure that humans assume or dream of  in their lives.

Quake/Houses- a series of ten 6”x 9” watercolors depicting the emotional aftershocks of the 1989 earthquake in San Francisco. This process three months afterward served as art therapy for me, and these paintings were the first after a fifteen-year hiatus from watercolor painting.
